Interior Home Maintenance
• Visual inspection of walls, ceilings & floors
• Run all faucets & showers / reverse osmosis
• Check & replace light bulbs as needed
• Check refrigerators & freezers
• Start vehicles weekly or as requested
Exterior Home Maintenance
• Ensure all yard & pool services are maintained
• Check mailbox, p/u all papers, fliers, etc.
• trash in / out
• Check automation system
• Check water heater & recirculating pump
