We have a home in Scottsdale and a summer home in the Midwest. We annually spend approximately 6 months in each home, and several years ago we were introduced to Exclusive Home Management to care for our Scottsdale home while we were away. Sal and Lisa Peresandi have been helping take care of our home in North Scottsdale for over three years. We purchased a beautiful upmarket home, but soon learned it incorporated a variety of technologies with which we were not familiar. Fortunately the former owner had been working with Sal Peresandi to maintain the home’s technology systems and he introduced us to Sal. Sal helped us learned how to operate these systems for lighting, video, audio and temperature control, but it soon became obvious that our needs were greater than just learning and maintaining technology systems.
We spend most of our time in the Pacific Northwest, and only occupy our Scottsdale home about four months a year. Sal and Lisa have been invaluable to help us deal with the issues of home ownership during our absences. They conduct regular home checks and manage routine maintenance, oversee improvements and repairs we want scheduled while we are away, and arrange to close the home when we leave and prepare the home for occupancy before our return.
We also find that we are regularly in contact with Sal and Lisa while in Scottsdale, seeking their advice and assistance on a wide variety of matters. At our home in the Northwest, we don’t have a pool, or water softener, or air conditioners tied into Nest temperature controls. Sal has helped guide us through upgrades to all of these systems at our Scottsdale home, providing the technical expertise that we lack, helping us make better choices, and helping us better deal with the folks who service those systems. Sal also helped us arrange to have solar panels installed at our home, soliciting bids from various companies, meeting with providers, and assisting us to analyze the alternatives. Lisa is also very helpful, always thoughtful, attentive, and thorough in her follow-through. Lisa has helped us arrange a fabric recovering for furniture in our master bedroom, arranged to have rugs shampooed and windows cleaned before our return, and she always keeps her eye open for matters that might need attention.
In summary, we have very much enjoyed getting to know the Peresandis and have come to rely upon their assistance. We happily contact them anytime we have an issue at our Scottsdale home, with full confidence they will respond quickly and appropriately, and we recommend them heartily.
